Since 1907 they started producing a Douglas 350 Twin version. In 1915 the engine was placed lengthways in the frame with belt final drive, and electric lighting.

The Douglas 1911 HP[/b] Model WD 22 has a 349ccm SV flat twin frame engine. This Bristol-based firm developed the horizontally opposed fore-aft unit in about 1907 and continued utilizing this engine layout well into the thirties.

Douglas K32 motorcycle is a redesign of discontinued D29. Gearbox is now mounted under saddle. Center stand. Chromium plated saddle tank with tartan panels. Pushrods on side of engine since it is based on the SV crankcase. Sparkplugs now on right.
